Fonte di Mommialla will be our next project in the area between San Gimignano and Volterra. It is in the heart of Tuscany, 40 minutes from Pisa airport and under an hour from Firenze and Siena.

It is a well known area for its Etruscan origins, 6th century BC, and for the Medici villages and farms. The villa is positioned in a particular area of the countryside known as "macchia mediteranea", which explodes into intense colour and perfume, when spring arrives. The house is about 540 sqm, on two floors with the potential to create one large 6 bedroom villa, with a 2 bedroom adjoining guest house.

The surrounding land consists of olives, cypresses, lecci and wild flowers, with postcard views over the Etruscan city of Volterra.

The villa will be restored to a very high standard using teracotta floors, chestnut beams, stone fireplaces, bathroom ceramics etc. It will have all the services needed for maximum comfort. A large swimming pool will be built in the grounds and will enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding hills. The ancient spa bath in the villas grounds will be restored to its original splendour, reminiscent of the days when it was famous for its healing powers.

A typical wrought iron gate will be constructed at the entrance of the property.
