Podere Francia is a delightful country house, built in brick and stone, in a dominant position over the valleys of Montefoscoli. Once off the tarmac road, access to the property is about 600m along a wooded road.

The villa has 2 floors, and in addition a lovely tower where a master bedroom will be built, giving magnificent views over the gorgeous Tuscan sunsets. The project for Podere Francia forsees the lounge on the ground floor with a large kitchen and dining area. A stone staircase will join the floors, and on the 1st floor will be 4 bedrooms and the bathrooms.

The villa will be restored to our very high standards using terracotta floors, chestnut beams, stone fireplaces, bathroom ceramics and so on, and will have all the services required for maximum comfort. A large swimming pool will be built in the grounds and will enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding hills. There will be a patio area with a large pergola for al fresco dining. The old "forno a legna" (wood or pizza oven) will be restored to working order for pizzas and baking bread. A typical wrought iron gate will be constructed at the entrance to the property.
