Situated halfway between Pisa and Florence, this project forsees the restoration of 2 colonial houses to be sold seperately.The first, name Casa Piccola, is a house made of brick and stone with spacious lounge, kitchen and bathroom, whilst upstairs there will be 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The second house, called Casa al Poggio, will have 5 bedrooms. The land consists of cypresses and olives, and is about 1 ha.

The 2 houses languish in the Tuscan countryside with views of the beautiful city of San Miniato, renowned for its towers designed by Leonardo da Vinci. The motorway for Firenze - Pisa is about 6km away.

The villas will be restored to a very high standard using teracotta floors, chestnut beams, stone fireplaces, bathroom ceramics and so on. Both properties will have all the services needed for maximum comfort. Each house will have a private swimming pool set in the best position for panoramic views, and will be built using local materials indigenous to the area, and each will have their own private road guarded by a row of cypresses. The entrance gates will be in the usual wrought iron.
